During COVID lockdown we developed several new garden products, the first being this garden bench that folds out to be a picnic bench. Cecil had always wanted to make one but never seemed to find the time. There was problems getting materials at the start of lock down but luckily we were able to secure some wood from a local timber merchant. Over a weekend Cecil made the prototype for his garden so he and his wife could enjoy the stunning views and have lots of lovely lunches outside during lockdown. The attached video was shared on Facebook and several people thought it was a great idea and asked to order one. We now make them each summer as a lovely addition to your garden and are especially good if you have limited space as its ingenious design means it’s two benches in one.
Made from treated softwood and stainless steel screws and bolts so they don’t rust.
